Opt-In Service was born in the shadow of GDPR. Our team of experienced marketers had many sleepless nights worrying if marketing was going continue and in what guise. How exactly could we transform several years worth of CRM data into something that was fresh and, more importantly, adhered to the new data protection laws? Many ideas where thrown around in the attempt at finding a solution for our problem.
We quickly realised that there was no "quick" solution, nor was there any way around it. The issue we had was: time. We didn't have the time to dedicate hours of the day to cleansing and qualifying contacts (not leads). With this in mind, we soon came to the conclusion that many company's would have the same issues we were having and that, without someone doing something about it, things would look bleak for marketers with an EU target.
